Support After Installation
We shifted our focus toward projects we could personally visit and install throughout New England because we wanted to help customers in person. That allows us to support the sauna from planning and construction through service and long-term care.
Finn Sauna’s current service program includes a one-year warranty covering parts and labor on new saunas. It also includes a complimentary maintenance visit scheduled 8 to 14 months after installation, with additional service plans available for residential, seasonal, and commercial saunas.

A useful starting point is approximately two feet of bench space per person, but ceiling height and bench placement are just as important as the floor dimensions.
