Our Ambient project combines the luxury of western red cedar with a beautiful sauna stove and Cariitti Fiber Optic Spot Lighting to create an incredible ambiance, maximizing your ability to relax and truly enjoy your sauna space.
This client chose thin slatted seats for a more modern design, with matching wall paneling. The custom tile selection behind the stove provides a great water back splash for the buckets of steam, while adding nice texture change to the sauna. The Sauna stove stands out as the main character in this sauna, placed directly in the center with a symmetrical design to make the space even more visually appealing. We consider all of these details when creating your custom sauna design.

Why Work With Finn Sauna?
We’ve been working with saunas since 2016, and our customers have brought us an incredible variety of projects along the way. That experience has taught us how to solve problems that don’t always fit neatly into an instruction manual.

Finnish Heritage
Most of us grew up with saunas as a regular part of life. We still use saunas ourselves, and that firsthand experience influences how we approach the spaces we build. After years of using and visiting traditional saunas, we’ve developed an instinct for the details that matter. The finished room should look good, but more importantly, it should provide a proper sauna experience.

Project Coordination
Massachusetts projects can involve many moving parts, particularly during new construction and major renovations. We regularly work with home builders, architects, interior designers, and electricians on the details that affect the finished sauna. Bringing those conversations together early helps prevent conflicts between the sauna design and the work happening around it. Our goal is simple: eliminate surprises.

Skilled Carpenters and Tested Products
Our installers aren’t simply technicians who follow a set procedure. They’re skilled carpenters who can adapt when an existing wall isn’t square, a kit needs modification, or site conditions aren’t quite what everyone expected. We also test products, whenever possible, before recommending them. If we wouldn’t install something in our own sauna, we’re not going to recommend it for yours.
